Is VitalIA free?
Yes, VitalIA has a free plan with unlimited check-ins and 30-day history. The Premium plan unlocks unlimited history, advanced health metrics, cloud sync, and more. Current pricing is shown in the app and your app store listing.
What data does VitalIA access from my device?
With your explicit permission, VitalIA reads health metrics from Health Connect (Android) or HealthKit (iOS): steps, distance, calories, sleep, and exercise on the free plan; heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, and SpO2 on Premium. We never write to Health Connect / HealthKit.
Is my wellness data safe?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device first. Premium users can opt into cloud sync via Firebase Firestore (encrypted in transit and at rest). We never sell your data.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Cancel through your app store account settings (Google Play or App Store) at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You keep Premium access until the current period ends.
Does VitalIA share my data with AI?
Only if you enable AI insights. When enabled, aggregated and anonymized metrics (numbers only) are sent to Google Gemini to generate observations. Your personal notes and free-text entries are never sent.
How do I delete my VitalIA account?
Open VitalIA, tap your avatar to open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account". See our Delete Account page for the full steps.
