Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from inside the app. The process is the same for VitalIA and EstudIA.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your data — check-in records, health metrics, study plans, goals, statistics, and preferences — will be permanently deleted.
- VitalIA Premium cloud data will be removed from our servers within 30 business days.
- Local data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it in your app store settings first to avoid continued billing — account deletion does not cancel it automatically.
How to delete your account
VitalIA
- Open VitalIA.
- Tap your avatar at the top of the screen to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the action when prompted.
EstudIA
- Open EstudIA.
- Tap your avatar at the top of the screen to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the action when prompted.
